Lot 38, recently owned by
Dave Mathews Band violinist Boyd Tinsley, at least to the elevation of the proposed building site, has the least grade of the three building sites. The building site of this lot is perhaps the most cozy of the three offered and provides an opportunity for integration of a home with poignant boulders in the front of the homesite. A short trail with white blazes along a path through the woods from the parking area leads to the homesite. To find the trail, look for the rock with a white blaze at the end of the parking area.
