Lot 37 may be the best lot of the three offered because it combines features found in Lots 38 and 36. Lot 37 has mature timber and a gentler relief to the elevation of the homesite. As with all three lots, the views of the piedmont to the east are outstanding. A short trail with white blazes along a path through the woods from the parking area leads to the homesite. To find the trail, look for the rock with a white blaze at the end of the parking area.
