| New entrance to Lot 36 |
Lot 36 is the largest lot on the Farm @ 3.6 acres. It is has the best timber of the three lots we currently have on the market. It also has the nicest feature of all three lots - what we call the Mountain Preserve Glade in the very rear of the lot - a relatively flat, sheltered area just below the ridgeline that feels like a special place in the forest. The lot also has the best views, due to its topography and the size of timber. A short trail with white blazes along a path through the woods from the parking area leads to the homesite. To find the trail, look for the rock with a white blaze at the end of the parking area.
